General conditions of Sale

These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at Zero + retail project of the Zero & Company Srl group. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Zero + and you accept these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after placing an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. On the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31st.

You can exchange or return the goods by sending an e-mail to the domain: or by contacting us at +39 3926572882 (whatsapp) informing us of the intention to return the goods. It must be kindly indicated:

- the order number

- your name and address

- the intention to change the goods or return them

- the reason for the return or exchange

Zero + will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours.

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to Zero + within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, to the following address indicating in the notes the number of the order for which the return is being made

You can follow all further return conditions and instructions provided by Zero +. For products at a discounted price in the SALE section, it is not possible to make returns.

Goods must be intact, unwashed and unused, with all tags intact. In the event of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.

In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods he wishes to return. If you decide to receive a replacement item, the delivery will be made free of charge for orders of a total of more than € 70 (only for Italy and San Marino), otherwise the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the consumer.

In the case of international returns, any import fees or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the return payment.

If the return instructions are followed carefully, Zero + will refund the consumer for returned items within 7 days of receiving the returns.

In the event that free shipping applied to your order, and the total amount of the order after returns will be less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.

N.B: For products at a discounted price, SALE section, it is not possible to make returns, and it is not possible to use coupons or discount vouchers.

Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after delivery of the order (within 5 calendar days) by e-mail at or by contacting us at +39 3926572882 (telephone or whatsapp) and, if possible , providing us with pictures / videos of the defect.

The item will be replaced or refunded following the return of the same

By placing an order with Zero +, the consumer automatically accepts all our general conditions.

Zero + customer details are automatically stored in our customer list.
